Resource Management Speicalist

Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined below.
Time in grade:
Applicants must meet one year at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade (e.
g.
one year at the GS-05 grade level for consideration for the GS-07 grade level.
) For the GS-7 level:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-5 level) that demonstrates:
Assisting in researching and interpreting basic regulations and guides.
Assisting in development of staffing reports.
Answering routine inquires from the field and customers on personnel, and management issues.
Personnel management and files / records management experience.
Maintaining, coordinating calendars and events.
Compiling and assembling data, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, personnel, training, leave, staffing or other administrative requirements.
For the GS-9 level:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-7 level) that demonstrates:
Researching inquiries and providing guidance and advisory services to customers at multiple levels related to staffing.
Maintaining Personnel management and files / records management.
Coordinating training events and providing input or recommendations for training requirements.
Researching and interpreting basic regulations and guides.
Assisting in the development of staffing reports.
Assisting in providing services to customers at multiple levels related to staffing.
